About
When you're trying to teach something complex, you deserve learning materials that feel organized, clear, and intuitive — the kind of resources that help people go from uncertainty to confidence. That’s what I design.

For 20 years, I’ve built learning systems that make information easier to understand and easier to use. Whether you need a course, a job aid, or a complete instructional rebuild, you get thoughtful design anchored in real-world experience — from launching new programs to creating curriculum frameworks that supported 250+ learners a year.

If your team needs learning experiences that work for actual humans, you’ll benefit from someone who began designing out of necessity. Early in my career, I helped open a new school and rebuild others. Later, during COVID, my team had to convert everything online overnight — no training, no roadmap. That’s where I learned how to simplify chaos, build structure quickly, and design with empathy and clarity.

You can expect learning experiences that are:
-
Structured and easy to navigate
-
Built around your learners and their needs
-
Aligned with proven frameworks like ADDIE and SAM
-
Supported by accessible, well-organized materials
-
Rooted in clear communication and collaborative problem-solving

Today, I design eLearning modules, microlearning resources, and job aids; partner with SMEs; and support teams adopting new instructional technology with confidence. My goal is simple: help you deliver learning that feels purposeful, intuitive, and enjoyable for the people you serve.

And outside of work? I’m usually reading Stephen King, mountain biking, enjoying time with my family and dogs, or finding ways to make everyday processes simpler and more intuitive — because good design starts with understanding how people work.
